Vegetable paneer tikki

 Hi friends,

It is a beautiful climate today.  Drizzling rains and omum fragrance coming out from the plant. Craving  something hot and spicy is the order of the day. It's always bajji or pakoda on a rainy evening with hot cup of tea.

For a change we wanted to have something which was not deep fried. Finally we arrived at tikki.

Today I made vegetable paneer tikki.


INGREDIENTS:- 

Potato  -  1

Carrot   -  1

Beans     - 1

Paneer  -  200 gms

Onion   -  1

Salt

Chilli powder 

Coriander leaves 

Garam masala   - 1 tbsp

Cook potato, carrot and beans in a pressure cooker. Once cooked mash everything with salt and chilli powder.  Add grated paneer to it and add chopped onions ,coriander leaves and garam masala. 



Once everything is added , mix everything to a soft dough.

Now make small tikki. Drench the tikkis in corn flour slurry ,dust it with rava and shallow fry in pan.

It is a kid friendly dish.
