Ragi dosa - Instant no curd,no soaking

Time for another quick recipe.
Instant Ragi dosa - Ragi dosa without rava, curd or any soaking.
Let's jump to the recipe without any delay.
In a vessel, mix well 1 cup of ragi flour and 1/4 rice flour with salt. Add water to this and mix well till you get a thin consistency batter just like you would make for rava dosa.

In a small tempering pan, add oil, 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of jeera, 1 inch ginger chopped and 1 chilly chopped. Once everything crackles, add this to the already mixed batter .
Add finely chopped onions to the batter.
Now batter is ready. Let's make some yummy ragi dosa .
Keep a dosa tava ready and keep the flame at medium. Once hot , pour the batter from the outside of the tava to the inside.
Don't spread it with ladle. Pour oil on the sides and let it crisp in the underside .
Slowly turn the dosa to the other side and let it crisp .
Once both sides are cooked, serve it hot with chutney or sambar or even idli chilli powder.
If needed, add grated vegetables to make it colourful for the kids.
