Radish leaves Paratha - mooli ke patte paratha
Hi friends,
Hope all are fine and healthy.
I have already told that we love all kinds of parathas at home.
Today it's the time for radish leaves Paratha.
Generally in our local vegetable store, we get only radishes. But whenever I find radish with leaves, I take leaves and make paratha and keep the radish for yummy sambar.
Here goes
First chop the leaves of radish very fine and grate a small radish.
In a kadai ,add oil, chillies, jeera and grated ginger.
Once fried, add chopped leaves. Add salt.
Salt leaves water. Cook for some more minutes till water is dried.
Once dried, switch off the gas and cool it down.
Add atta to the cooled leaves mixture and make it into a paratha dough.
No need to rest the dough and no need of water as moisture from leaves are enough to bind the dough.
Roll into a chapati and cook it in a frying pan with dollops of ghee to cook it both sides.
Once cooked well and glistening with ghee, serve it hot with a cup of dahi and a pickle.
Even kids will love this.
Please try and let me know.
