Baby corn masala dosa

Welcome to another blog of mine. Everyone likes a good masala dosa right. Kids of this generation are ready to eat all vegetables if we make it tasty and stuff in dosa and most importantly, give that a new name.

This is one kind of dosa that can be made for kids. Even adults would love these.


Let's get on with the ingredients

Ingredients:-

Baby corn - 10-12 pieces 

Onion - 2 chopped

Tomato - 2 chopped

Ginger - 1 inch chopped

Garlic - 4 cloves 

Salt 

Chilly powder

Coriander powder

Garam masala 

Jeera 

Oil 

Boil small roundels of baby corn with a pinch of turmeric powder.


In a kadai, add oil and onion, tomato, ginger and garlic. Fry for a few minutes.


Once onion and tomato is cooked well, grind it into a paste.

In the same kadai, add a little oil and jeera. Once jeera crackles, add the paste with little water. Now add chilly powder and garam masala. I have added a tsp of each.

Add boiled baby corn and cook it well.


Cook it till it becomes a little dry. Add coriander leaves and spring onion and mix it well.

Baby corn masala stuffing is ready.


In a dosa tava, make dosa as usual. Make it bigger than usual.


Now add masala in one side and fold it. Serve it hot with chutney and sambar.


This masala can be stuffed with any kind of dosa.
