Everything chutney for everything

 Hi friends,

Back to another simple chutney this time. 

As the name suggests, it has everything in it. 

This is suitable for idly,dosa,poori, chapati,Pongal and even for burgers and pastas.

Don't believe me . Try it and see.


Cooking time: 10 min 

Ingredients 

Onion -2 

Tomato -2

Red chillies- 4

Coconut -6 small pieces

Mint leaves - 1 handful

Coriander leaves - 1 handful 

Garlic -3 cloves 

Ginger -1 inch

Salt 

Mustard seeds -  1 tsp 

Urad dal -1 tbsp 

Channa dal - 1 tbsp 

Saute all the veggies in a tbsp of oil with dals. Once cooked , cool it and grind to a smooth paste. Temper with mustard seeds.




When adding in pasta ,you can avoid the tempering.
