1 minute chutney

 Hi friends,

Back with a quick chutney. I know the hassle of thinking a side dish for idli or dosa . Every morning, while going for walking, my mind always thinks about what to do for entire day. I am not the kind of person who goes to shop everyday. I just get vegetables for 4 days.

It is easy for me to plan for lunch. But for dinner and breakfast, the big problem is deciding on a chutney.

This particular chutney, I made when I was really tired and wanted to make something really quick.




So here comes the chutney

Ingredients

Onion 1

Tomato 1

Coconut - 4, 5 small pieces

Coriander leaves - 1 handful

Mint leaves - 1 handful

Ginger -  1 inch piece 

Garlic - 2 pods 

Green chillies -2 


Take everything in a jar and grind it into a smooth chutney with salt.

That's it .


Chutney is ready. If needed can do a tempering with mustard seeds and urad dal.

But according to me , this doesn't even need that. Just take the chutney in a bowl and serve it with idli or dosa .

Absolutely no oil chutney to enjoy for breakfast or dinner. Guilt free too😀
