Moms special puli milagai

Hi friends,
Happy evening. If you are like me, you will never have curd rice without anything spicy. I like my pickles a lot. My mother makes yummy pickles. In fact in the recent days she has become pickle supplier for our family. Puli milagai ,puli inji and narthangai curry are her specialities. 
Today I made puli milagai according to her method.
Puli milagai
INGREDIENTS:- 
Green chillies        :-20 to 25
Tamarind               :- small lemon sized soaked
Gingelly oil             :-1tbsp
Mustard seeds       :-1 tsp
Methi seeds            :-1/2 tsp
Jaggery                    :- same amount as tamarind 
Salt 
Hing
Curry leaves 

In a kadai , pour oil. Once it's hot add mustard, methi seeds,hing, curry leaves. Once everything crackles, add finely chopped green chillies and fry that in oil for 3 ,4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, add tamarind water,salt, and jaggery. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
Now the puli milagai would have turned thick.  Switch off the gas.
Yummy finger licking puli milagai ready .
It is suitable for arisi upma too.
