Easy and simple bread recipes

Hi everyone, 
Snack time is the only time when kids and adults agree to the same dish. We can't make fried snacks every day nor can we make potato based dish every day. Most of us stick to bread for tea time snacks. We make toast, garlic bread, jam bread , sandwich etc. Today I bring to you 2 more unique quick ways to make bread snacks.

Besan bread toast/ eggless bread omelette 

INGREDIENTS:- 
Besan flour            :- 1 cup
Bread slices           :- 4
Onion                      :- 1 Finely chopped 
Tomato                    :- 1 Finely chopped 
Green chili              :-1 Finely chopped 
Ginger                      :- 1 Finely chopped 
Salt                            :- to taste 

Take a bowl . Mix gram flour with all the vegetables and salt, water . Beat it well till there is no lumps in the batter. Once batter is ready, keep it aside for 5 minutes. 

Take a tava and spread butter on it. Once the tava is hot ,pour the batter in the middle. The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin.
Take a bread slice and keep it in the batter. Once the underside is cooked,flip it over for the bread to get toasted.
Once bread is toasted ,remove from the tava and serve it hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney. 



5 minute Bread bhaji

If you have a craving for pav bhaji but not in the mood for boiling,mashing vegetables. Then this is the right one for you. 


INGREDIENTS:- 
Onion                       :-1 Finely chopped 
Tomato                     :- 1 Finely chopped 
Ginger                      :- 1 small slice
Garlic                       :- 2 pods
Garam masala        :-  1 tsp
Salt                            :-to taste 
Turmeric powder   :- 1 pinch
Heat a kadai. Pour a tsp of butter.  Put onion, ginger and garlic in the kadai.fry for a minute. Add tomato, salt ,turmeric powder and fry for 2 minutes till it gets cooked well. Add garam masala and some water and cook it for a minute. Switch it off. 


Take a serving plate. Arrange small cut pieces of toasted bread . Add the masala on top of bread.
Garnish with sev and coriander. 
It tastes like mini pav bhaji 

You can make this in a large batch or single plate also.
