Javvarisi dosa with 5 minute peanut garlic chutney

Hi everyone,
As south Indians, usually our breakfast or dinner comprises of idly or dosa . My son is actually bored of the regular idly and dosa. So I started searching for variations in dosa . One such recipe is javvarisi dosa.
Javvarisi dosa is soft and spongy.  It is a filling dosa. All kinds of chutney and sambar is suitable. 
Javvarisi dosa
INGREDIENTS:- 
Idly rice           :-2 cup
Javvarisi          :-1/3 cup
Urad dal          :-3/4 cup
Salt
Soak idly rice, javvarisi and dal in water for 3-4 hours. Once its soaked grind it smooth in grinder. Add salt and leave it to ferment for 6 hours. 
Make it in a dosa pan as a normal dosa.
Spongy dosa is ready.
We use less urad dal as javvarisi makes it soft.
It doesn't need more hrs to ferment. 

Peanut garlic chutney 
Roast 1/2 cup of peanuts, 1 clove of garlic,2 redchillies, 1/4 cup of fresh coriander in a tsp of oil.
After it is cooled grind in a chutney jar to a smooth paste.
Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
This has a strong flavour. 
Garlic can be avoided too.

Kids will love this spongy dosa.
